(GJ), is pleased to announce the promotion of former Vice President of Strategy, Adam Chardukian, to Chief Operating Officer (COO) effective immediately. Adam has been an instrumental leader spearheading the alignment of GJ’s internal operations to market needs since 2018.
As COO, Adam will be responsible for the company’s business and technology operations, which includes the overall development and management of enterprise-wide and departmental policies, processes, and structures to enhance GJ’s product and service delivery capabilities. Additionally, he is charged with the construction and implementation of strategic initiatives positioning GJ for continued, sustainable growth as the company matures and evolves with the eDiscovery industry and beyond.

Adam holds an International MBA and a bachelor’s degree in Corporate Finance and Global Supply Chain and Operations Management from the University of South Carolina.
