Jordan McQuown, CTO of George Jon, recently penned an article for Forbes discussing why eDiscovery operating costs continue to escalate, year after year, despite efforts to keep budgets under control.
According to Jordan, companies struggle with the recommendations of technologists, often because eDiscovery budgets come with sticker shock:
“It’s always my goal to find ways to do more with less. Many times, I can do this. But I also try to make sure I get this message across to business leaders: your eDiscovery operating costs will go up, pretty much every year, and there’s almost nothing anyone can do about it.”
